If you have found a sick, injured or distressed hedgehog in our area and need help or advice please call 01922 419532 or 07837 409533 between 8am and 8pm.

IMPORTANT: If you find a hedgehog that needs our help outside of our opening hours(8am to 8pm every day) please do one of the following:

1) Put the hedgehog in an escape proof high sided box (full instructions here) then ring us on 07837 409533 between 8am and 8pm

or

2) Contact your local 24 hour emergency vet.

NEVER message us via email or social media to report a case of a hedgehog in need - always call.

If we do not answer between 8am and 8pm (outside of these hours please call your local 24hr emergency vet) please leave a voicemail.

If you are hearing or speech impaired please send a text to 07837 409533 stating:

• your name

• your location

• the nature of the problem

• your contact number

We will get back to you as quickly as possible between 8am and 8pm.

For non-urgent general enquiries please email or contact us on facebook or by email.

We are time limited and a very small rescue SO PLEASE read our FAQ page before emailing us as you may find the answer to your query there.

Looking after hedgehogs takes up the majority of our time and email is the last thing to be checked so please be patient if it takes a while to reply.

If you have found a hedgehog in distress please DO NOT email or contact us via social media - you MUST CALL US so valuable time is not wasted.
